Refund Policy

1. Overview

Boxyan (Product Box Builder for WooCommerce) is sold by GetWooBooster. Payments and refunds are processed through Freemius, Inc., our authorized commerce platform. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Our guarantee (what you will see at checkout)

If you are not satisfied with Boxyan for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked.

This aligns with Freemius’ Flexible refund policy fine print:

“If, during the first 14 days following the Purchase date, You are not satisfied with the Software for any reason whatsoever (no questions asked) and notify us that You would like to cancel Your Purchase, we will issue a full refund of the Purchase price.”

3. How to request a refund

1. Contact us through getwoobooster.com or reply to your Freemius purchase receipt
2. Include the email used at checkout and your order or license ID if available
3. Briefly let us know you would like a refund under the 14-day guarantee (feedback is welcome but not required)

Approved refunds are issued through Freemius to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually appear immediately; card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. What is refunded

• Full refund of the Boxyan license purchase price paid at checkout
• Refunds include the software license fee; third-party costs (e.g. your hosting, WooCommerce extensions, or AI API usage) are not refundable by us
• VAT or sales tax refunds, when applicable, follow Freemius and payment-provider rules shown on your invoice

After a full refund, your license will be deactivated and you should discontinue use of the premium plugin.

5. Subscriptions and renewals

Yearly plans: The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase and to renewal charges if you contact us within 14 days of that renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past billing periods outside the refund window.

Lifetime plans: The 14-day guarantee applies from the original lifetime purchase date.

You can manage renewals and billing details in your Freemius customer account.

6. After the 14-day period

Refund requests made after 14 days from the relevant purchase or renewal date are generally not covered by this guarantee. We may still consider exceptional cases at our sole discretion (for example, duplicate charges or proven billing errors).

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in license suspension while the case is reviewed. Freemius may apply dispute fees in accordance with Freemius vendor terms.

8. EU / UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days. Freemius checkout may include disclosures and waiver text required for digital goods where you receive immediate access to downloadable software. By downloading or activating the plugin during the cooling-off period, you may be asked to acknowledge that performance has begun — as presented at checkout. Regardless, our 14-day money-back guarantee above is intended to meet or exceed that experience for Boxyan customers.

9. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version on this page applies to purchases made after the “Last updated” date. The refund policy type configured in our Freemius product settings at the time of your purchase governs checkout disclosures.
